Get your whole team using AI, on the tools you already run.
I set up the tools, connect them to your email, files and CRM, build the workflows that save the most time, and train everyone until it’s part of their day. All of it works remotely, for companies anywhere in the US.
94% of employees adopted AI at a 50-person company I worked for, and each got back 10 to 15 hours a week.
What the work includes
-
Tools picked for your team
Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or a mix, chosen for the work your people do and the software you already pay for.
-
Claude Code and Codex for developers
Set up for your technical team with permissions scoped to each codebase, shared instructions for every project, and a habit of reviewing what the agent writes before it merges.
-
Connected to your systems
Email, calendar, shared files and your CRM, connected so the assistant works with real company information and only the access you allow.
-
Workflows for repeat work
Research, reporting, intake and follow-up usually go first. When no existing tool fits the job, I build one.
-
Training people keep using
Live sessions built around each department’s own tasks, recorded walkthroughs to come back to, and follow-up until it’s habit.
How it works
A fixed project with an end date, then help only if you want it.
- 01
A first conversation
Thirty minutes on your team, your tools and where the hours go. It’s free.
- 02
A one-page plan
Within a few days you get the scope, the first workflows to build, and a fixed price.
- 03
The setup, about 30 days
Tools set up, systems connected, the first workflows running and everyone trained. Larger teams start with a two-week review of how each department works.
- 04
Support, if you want it
A monthly plan for new features, questions, and tuning what’s already running.
Where this has worked
A 50-person company I worked for was among the first in the US under 500 employees to roll out Microsoft Copilot. I brought it to every department, in most cases person by person.
94% of the company used it, and each person got back 10 to 15 hours a week.
Other things I’ve built
Data enrichment Keeps your CRM and other platforms complete and in sync without anyone re-keying.
Past work spans real estate, healthcare, supply chain, finance, recruiting, automotive, manufacturing and SaaS.
Talks and workshops
For business groups, conferences and company teams of any size and industry, in person or remote. Everyone leaves with a one-page cheat sheet.
Keynotes, lunch-and-learns and hands‑on workshops.

Notes
All notes- Who should own AI at a company too small to hire for itOnce the tools are bought, someone has to own the prompts, the connections, the approvals and the training. At 20 to 200 people that's rarely a new hire, so here's what the job covers and who usually fits it.
- How to check AI research before you act on itA wrong research answer from an AI tool reads the same as a right one. I have a second tool check the first, and I open any number I'll act on at its source.
- Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot for a 20-person companyAt 20 people the seat prices are nearly identical, so price won't decide it. I compare each plan as of October 2026 and explain why Copilot is my distant third.
Common questions
Which AI tools do you set up?
Claude and Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex, and Microsoft Copilot. The pick comes down to the work your people do and the software you already pay for. Some teams end up with a mix, like ChatGPT or Claude for everyone and Claude Code for the developers.
We bought licenses and nobody uses them. Can you help?
Yes, and it’s the most common place to start. I go department by department and set each person up on the tasks they already do every week. That’s how a 50‑person company I worked for got to 94% of employees using it.
What size companies do you work with?
Most are teams of 20 to 200 people, and I’ve worked with companies as large as 6,000. Larger teams start with a two-week review of how each department works.
Do you work with companies outside Rochester?
Yes. I’m based in Rochester, New York, and everything from the first conversation to the training runs remotely, for companies anywhere in the US. Talks and workshops can be in person or remote.
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free. After it you get a one-page plan with a fixed price for the setup, based on the size of your team and what needs connecting. Monthly support after that is optional and priced separately.
Is our data safe?
On business plans, Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot don’t use your company’s data to train their models by default, and each vendor says so in its own terms. When I connect an assistant to your email, files or CRM, it gets the narrowest access that does the job, and you decide what’s in scope.
